Refillspray stands behind the quality of our products and hopes you enjoy your experience with them.
If you receive an item that is defective in craftsmanship, please contact us at sigmarpacksales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that “defective in craftsmanship” does not include damages caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or a change of mind.

In your email, please include:

• A clear description of the defect

• Your order number (you can find it in your confirmation email or by logging into your Refillspray account)

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

• It must be returned in its original packaging

All charges incurred from the return shipment (including shipping costs, duties, and taxes) will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept or assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while in transit from you to us.
Please use a reputable carrier and ensure that you obtain a tracking number for your return.

⚠️ Do not return any product without specific authorization and instructions from us.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or production has begun.
If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund.

However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
In this case, you may follow our return procedure after receiving your order, if applicable.
